I need help!!

I need to get a sharpwitted-blogger-friend-favorite-milanesa eating-hot tempered-trendyish-beautifullyblueeyed-funny-sarcastic-guy, a 23rd birthday gift…. and it has to be shipped internationally. 

Any recommendations?????????

Last year I sent him something and it never arrived! I was so pissed. So I am not sparing any expense and shipping it via spaceship if I have to.
